PERCENT VIEW is a utility that generates the percentile concentrations for ISCST3, ISC-PRIME and AERMOD results and computes rolling averages.

Percent View's main features include:

Processes ISC and AERMOD Postfiles and displays a series plot.
Generates a Plotfile for the selected percentile (e.g., 98th). With the Plotfile, you can then plot the percentile concentrations using the ISC-AERMOD View post-processor or Surfer.
Computes a 3, 8 or 24 rolling average based on 1-hour average concentrations.   Rolling averages are used in Europe and some States such as New Jersey.
